Partnerships/ Training

Classic Foods entered in partnership with Enhance Business Solutions to provide training programs to farmers. It helps the communities gain significantly by increased food security, jobs and enhanced revenues.

Mukurueini farmers’ day

They listened and learned on the best agricultural practices.  EBS teamgave a well-crafted training session around the themes of farming is entrepreneurship. This session took place at Karindi Primary school and attracted over 500 farmers with majority being women. Our free training sessions have attracted overwhelming acceptance from the local communities. Read more

Enhanced Food Production

   The theme of the training session is to design and evaluate effective food security programmes and practices taking into account the traditional habits and accept change for the sake of food security. All along rural communities have been contented with the little output they have been achieving. The EBS determination has no boundaries. Despite the difficult and adverse weather conditions and terrain, we still managed the withstand it and gave training and demonstration sessions to the Kamina Ngui,Kisuvioni Women Group and Imandinigroups in Makuenini County.The training and the outcome have been a big success! EBS team distributing seeds to farmers

  The company distributed free sorghum and maize seeds to the 340 members groups in Gatiko group in Karatina. The free seed distribution initiative is meant to encourage the farmers to use certified seed as opposed to using recycled season’s harvest as seeds. Certified seeds have proved to yield 3 times more than recycled seeds .Read More
